Everything is very good, excellent value, relaxing hotel overall. The staff is extremely helpful at all the levels. It offers exceptional service. They provide wake up calls and ironing without charge too.

The location is fantastic! Just a short walk to the beautiful beach and charming town. Breakfast had a variety of delicious options 🍴. I could hear some noise from above in the evenings.

Large clean room with modern equipment. 1-2 min to get to the beach. About 10 min to walk to the pedestrian/shopping/restourant area in Alvor.

Lovely modern, clean rooms with all facilities needed if you're self catering (which we were). Wonderful sea views if your room's on the right side of the hotel and in fact we ended up with a perfect sea view even though we'd paid less for a land view! A very nice surprise. Free wifi in the public areas was handy (or on the lower floors if it can pick up reception). It's only a minute or so's walk to the beach which never seemed to get really crowded, and a short walk to the nearest supermarket and Alvor town. The hotel's pool area isn't huge but was always really quiet and peaceful during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful - altogether we were really pleased with our choice of hotel.

But the check-in process was kinda slow and frustrating. The air conditioning in our room didn't work too well, felt more like a fan.

We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, even so everything was perfect. The breakfast was satisfactory, it had decent meals.

It's a very nice hotel for families.

Traffic is not convenient, then visitors need a car certainly.

Recommend it for couples seeking tranquility

Had a spacious studio with a fantastic balcony! I cooked for us with the kitchen, nice touch with the Nespresso machine, really enjoyed my coffee mornings.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but overall it was still acceptable.

The possibility to see the sea and green vegetation from my room, the possibility to go to the sea only walking, the tranquility of the place, the cleanliness of the hotel and the possibility to kook having a minimum indispensable to feel like at home

Excellent location less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the village of Alvor. Parking available on site or nearby. Functional room with plenty of space and well equipped. Good balconies with good views.

Reception unprofessional and unsympathetic on arrival. The room was not ready at the scheduled time of entry. Room cleaning careless, not well done, not done on time. Trash smelled very bad and it was not clean. Hot water bath could only afford one (boiler undersized).

The pool area was always clean, and never felt crowded. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and nearby local shops. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We loved hanging out in the cozy lobby area after a long day.

We faced some challenges with a slow air conditioning unit in our room. It was a bit uncomfortable at times, especially during peak afternoon hours.

The hotel is very clean and modern with a small pool, it opened this year so is still fresh. It is convenient for the beach - 2 min and the shops -10min. I would recommend the sea view side of the building it really is great the high floors have the best view. I am very fussy and this is a hotel I would go back to.

Conditions. The hotel is brand new (revamped) and rooms are very nice. Location is very near to the beach (2min walk) and sea view is very good.

Staff wasn't nearly enough for what is needed and was very disorganized. I was staying with my baby daughter and asked for an extra-towel. It took 4 days of asking several times a day to finally get a towel. One of the days our room wasn't cleaned.
